Mikhail Yablokov

Mikhail Yablokov (born 07/07/1952) - Russia's guitarist, teacher, writer and historian guitar. A teacher of the Tyumen Music School on guitar. Equally good command of both the six-and seven-string guitar. The first guitar lessons received from the VA Mashoshina and mastered the basics of musical notation with MI Zhludovym. Professionally studied music in Sverdlovsk, where he arrived in 1971: graduated from the Sverdlovsk Music School and worked for a while at the conservatory. On the second formation - a historian, candi-dates of historical sciences (1999).

With the active participation of the MS Yablokov published three books on the history of Russian guitar. In 1992, he edited out a unique book "Classical Guitar in Russia and the Soviet Union" (Yablokov MS, Bardeen AV Danilov VA, et al, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Russian Encyclopedia, 1992), and in 2001-2002. the 200th anniversary of the Russian seven-string guitar in Russian published in 2 volumes of historical and bibliographical dictionary catalog "Masters of the guitar." This is the first fundamental scientific publication on the history of development of the classical guitar, which covers almost all foreign and domestic literature and the press about the guitar. The basis of the first volume were foreign materials: it includes translations of the original German, Spanish, Italian texts written by guitarists from around the world, one way or another have had a significant impact on the development of Russian guitar music (D.Prat, Zh.Zut, F. displacer E.Pujol, etc.).
