Vladimir I. Dotsenko (born August 28, 1962 in Kharkov) - Ukrainian guitarist, conductor and music teacher. Born into a family of musicians. As a child engaged in the violin and the guitar. He entered the School of Music, guitar, violin studies continued in parallel in the music school. The final choice made in favor of the guitar. In 1981 he graduated from the Kharkov State Musical College. BM Liatoshynsky (guitar class teaching of Tell Petrova VK). In the same year he entered the Institute of the Gnesins (Class A.K.Frauchi). In 1986, as a student of the fifth year, won the II prize at the 3rd All-Russian competition in spite of folk music in the city of Tula, Russia (I prize was not awarded). In the third round of the competition played "Havana concert" for guitar and orchestra by Igor Rekhin. In 1990 he won the International Guitar Competition (Krakow, Poland).
Since 1989 he has taught at the Kharkiv State Institute (University) Arts IP Kotlyarevskogo. At present - Professor of folk instruments of the university.
