Bartolome Calatayud (1882-1973), Spanish composer and guitarist. Bartolome (Bartholomew) Calatayud was born in 1882 on the Spanish island of Majorca (Mallorca), the largest of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean Sea. He also studied harmony and composition with well-known local musician and composer Antonio Noguera (Antonio Noguera).
